How Live Scan works

  1. Get your form

    Your employer or licensing agency gives you the Request for Live Scan Service form.

  2. Visit us

    Bring the form and your photo ID. Scanning usually takes a few minutes.

  3. Results go to the agency

    The DOJ sends results directly to the requesting agency. Keep your ATI number to check the status.
